Right click on any page of the actual book and choose see image. There it is a little visible. Then right click and save image. Final step is open the image in a software of your choice and what I did was change its brightness and contrast. Make sure when you export the image from your preffered software to have it below 40 kbs of size as the forum doesn't allow larger files.

interesting ... and are they different for every page or just every book ? and is you name on every page as well?
