The weather composer
online version P618 Chapter 81--Fences
paper version P450

"He pressed the sustain pedal, and then tried to recall a song, but his mind was blank. He closed his eyes.Still nothing came.

"Did you forget how?"Zhou asked teasingly.

"I think I did,"Josh half-whispered.

"You need to relax. Just breathe deep, and on the third breath, when you exhale, know that the notes will be there."

I have practiced this technique for many times,it isn't effective every time, but it does have effect sometime, I recalled the messages that I can not remember even when I only took first deep breath.

So,please try this Technique of recall frequently, will it recall our lifetimes before this lifetime?

I appreciate your reminder of this technique - I had completely forgotten it - I am so into the Now, I forget that my "past" has any significance - especially when one considers what we are participating in is hard to even keep up with - but I will keep this in mind, the next time I go to the store and forget my list - or maybe before I leave - so I won't forget my list ... today I forgot my wallet - this technique will come in real handy in my world
