Just recently I listened again to the 3 interviews of Mark Hempel with James and I love that another layer is peeled away and that it is so much easier to see what is HMS and how it feels to be outside of it. The Quantum Pause is so powerful in doing this along with the exercise offered in these works in reinforcing the Six Heart Virtues through a visualization and feeling surrounded by them and in the Heart. To switch to the Virtues switches one from the noise and chatter of the HMS and into a depth of silence with the opportunity through coherence, of clarity to arise.
