* Chosen Focus Point: Continued progression through the When-Which-How Practice guide.

“Comments on the Practice” (page 57 – 74)

Meditation: John reminded us that the quality of the work is more important than the quantity of time spent. Although times of meditation and inward reflection are important for emotional self-mastery, the practice of when-which-how focuses on the implementation of the heart virtues into our daily experiences.

Need for Consistency: Spiritual practice is a discipline in which consistency is important. Through dedication and commitment we will ensure that we find a way to adjust our personal schedules to accommodate the practice. The wisdom of the virtues adds increased depth to the daily practice of when-which-how in our everyday encounters.

Looking for Results: Worrying about results is like “pulling a seedling out of the soil each day to see how the root system is developing. Exposing the young, delicate roots too soon only interferes with a process that nature is quite capable of handling at the beginning stages of growth. Later, the results will be obvious.”

Emergence: The consistent practice of when-which-how opens us to the sensitivity of the heart, and as a result, the virtues begin to emerge in our awareness. In this section John also points out the value of being aware of any deficiencies in our ability to access or utilise our heart virtues. When one is dedicated to their spiritual practices it becomes more likely that “awareness” will emerge and therefore enabling more opportunities to implement the heart’s intelligence into our daily lives.

* At this stage we discussed how the heart virtues are representative of divine love moving through/as us and being distributed into the world. As we align with and express these qualities of love through our actions and behaviours we are also imprinting and embodying the higher dimensional frequencies of the evolving multiverse. This begins to dissolve the density layers of societal enculturation and gradually the Sovereign Integral Consciousness shall emerge throughout humanity.

Test the Theory: Breathing the virtues through our system and emanating the energetic heart frequencies may at first feel “airy-fairy” but when an individual decides to truly dedicate themselves to this practice the results will speak for themselves. The real world practice of living from the heart is very practical and effective.

Awareness and Sensitivity: Meditating on the virtues helps to imprint them into our heart-mind system. As a result, we become sensitive to their absence in the environment.

* At this stage we spoke of “vulnerability”, and how it requires courage and trust to allow ourselves to be vulnerable. To be vulnerable is also to be open and accessible to receive (and to give). And although it often evokes feelings of fear and insecurity, “vulnerability” is actually a beautiful attribute to embrace and integrate into our lives.

* Self-Honesty, Truthfulness, Valor and Humility are very important keys to be able to access, integrate and sustain a state of sovereign integral consciousness.

* The principles of action within “Living from the Heart” and the “When-Which-How Practice” are profoundly important and critical processes of transformation for the human species to be able to progress into the higher dimensions of existence.

Observation: In a practice such as emotional self-mastery, the ability to observe one’s own actions and reactions is paramount. We must develop the capacity to truly be present in the moment as often as we can (thoughts, feelings, and actions). Through our work with the virtues, our human instruments are being imprinted with more intense energetic, therefore we need to try our best to observe this increased sensitivity of our individual energetic fields to these incoming forces. Our responsibilities increase as the power of our energetics increase. “The deeper we move into the heart of truth, the deeper our embodiment of truth must be.”

The Pain of the Moment: John pointed out the importance of creating an individual human energetic field that is firmly rooted in the energetics of the soul... the solid platform of the energetic heart. This firm foundation brings us emotional control, strength, and serenity in the midst of chaos, which gives us the opportunity to serve others (and ourselves) in distress.

Blame: Practicing when-which-how demands that we have the valor to face situations with honesty and this especially pertains to our own attitudes and behaviours.

Rapid Re-alignment: Forgiveness is a mutually liberating virtue. The energetics contained within the heart virtue of forgiveness is an example of an individual’s ability to be able to release oneself and others from a negative and energy draining thought pattern. It also demonstrates how rapidly we can recover from a negative and energy draining thought pattern.

* At this stage we conversed about how living from the heart assists with the ability to navigate through times of crisis and emotional turmoil. If we can return to our “home-page” (spiritual core identity), we can then respond to a situation from more of a soul-connected perspective.

Renewed Energy: We have the strength to break free from the burdens of guilt and shame associated with our inability to face our internal shortcomings.

Crisis: Life is filled with turning points that are like forks in the road of living. They represent signposts by which we can change the direction of our lives. Times of crisis are real opportunities for us to move forward in emotional self-mastery.

Increased Light: Practitioners have the opportunity to see their ego-personalities in the light of their own soul. Here is a profound statement from John Berges relating to this subject... “The energetic heart is the open window through which the blazing light of the soul shines into our consciousness.”

Reflection and Review: It is possible to commune with our higher self through the energetic heart. When the mind is free from the influences of the ego personality’s defence mechanisms, it then plays an important role in examining a situation through a clear and untainted lens. The mind and heart may then work together in coherent co-operation throughout the process of implementing the best course of action.

Acceptance: In this section John expresses that “our sense of victimisation is so ingrained in our energy fields that we have trouble consciously intervening and powering down these reactions.” Valor, humility and truthfulness assists us to acknowledge and accept a situation for what it is (without conditions or excuses).

Alignment and Insight: When we seek alignment with the energetic heart, we are also aligning with our higher self. If we have the will to persist in practicing when-which-how, we discover that our lives and our practice merge into one expression of living.

Empowerment: In this section John provides a great example of how the heart virtue of humility is empowering and liberating because one no longer feels a need to defend a false position. The courage to be totally honest with oneself and another in life is often the energetic power source that provides the catalyst for driving the virtues into expression. Of all the virtues, humility is probably the most repugnant to the ego-personality because, among its other defences, the ego must feel itself to be in a superior position in relation to others.

* At this stage we spoke about the thought concepts relating to “humility” and “humiliation”

Freedom to Be Honest: It actually feels good to be upfront and not feel the need to make false excuses.

Energetic Transfers: Through a practitioner’s efforts to apply the when-which-how practice (in conjunction with transparency and truthfulness), they can positively influence and affect a situation in a very tangible way.

Remembering to Practice: Through an alignment to coherent actions and behaviours we have the ability to create and sustain a momentum of positive influence in our environment of experience (internal and external). “Remembering to practice” is a composite of awareness, observation, and sensitivity to an encounter. When we live a heart-centered existence we become more receptive to the spiritual energy and intuitive guidance of the higher self.

* “It is like being sleepy and telling yourself that you must remain awake. Several seconds, minutes, or even hours later you realize that you fell asleep and never knew it. Our entire life we have been asleep in relation to our higher self.”

Neutrality: “When we recognise when to send the virtues, we cannot withhold the energy transfer because we judge the recipient to be unworthy.” “... in our encounters with our fellow human beings it is best to be neutral in our distribution of the virtues.”

Experience Comes with Practice: “There is a definite cumulative effect of performing when-which-how as often as possible. The more we practice it, the more we gain, and this experience adds to our skill and ability to build in the habit of living from the heart instead of the ego-personality.”

Maintaining Perspective: “As long as we maintain our perspective, our practice will unfold according to the intelligence of our heart.”

Summation: As John points out so beautifully in this paper, the successful unfolding of this practice has to do with honestly facing ourselves and admitting that we too often ignore the problem area of our emotional lives, or we become insensitive to these areas due to our denial of their existence. A large part of the when-which-how practice is opening ourselves to these shadow areas of our ego-personalities.

* Personal note from Mick: With valor and humility all individuals of the human family have the potential to realise the crucial nature of living from the heart. And through personal commitment to the practice we will each be touched and activated in profound ways. Our hearts and minds are being nurtured and opened to understand how the benefits of dedicated practice far out-weigh any unconscious tendency to avoid and/or suppress the emergence of what deep inside we all know to be true... we are interconnected, we are one, we are equal, we are love... we share a purpose, and it is divine.

In tribute and gratitude to John Berges ∞

Chosen focus Point: Continued progression through the When-Which-How Practice guide.

“Scenario Examples of When-Which-How” (page 75 - 80)

Some of the insights that emerged through our group discussions were;

• The When-Which-How practice of the Heart Virtues enables an individual a very practical and effective method of dealing with the various stresses, pressures and responsibilities that they are sure to encounter throughout the course of their life.

• It also provides a strengthened feeling of inner confidence and capability in being able to more effectively navigate through any difficult situations and scenarios of life experience.

• Another very important benefit is that it allows an individual to consciously interact with and affect the way in which “reality” is emerging through and around them. By utilising the energetic intelligences contained within the potency of the six Heart Virtues an individual can help to manifest positive change in the world whilst personally maintaining a much more stable level of emotional and mental harmony and equilibrium.

• Other benefits include; becoming more alert and efficient, having more energy, a heightened clarity of mind, and having less anxiety and chaos in One’s emotional life.

• With personal commitment towards working with the Heart virtues it is possible for an individual to reconfigure and resolve any entrenched negative reactionary tendencies that they may have.

• Each individual often has a “line of least resistance” in the form of a particular heart virtue that they are able to more easily access and utilise. This can be enough to open the doors to let the light of the other heart virtues to flow into their life.

• In the 4th scenario example titled “Businessman Coping with Unhappy Employees”, John beautifully depicted a very positive outcome that can be actualised through braiding the heart virtues of Appreciation, Understanding and Humility together within the workplace (or likewise within any hierarchical structure of life). This is an example of how the virtues can create a very positive chain-reaction effect within the environment. When individuals are given appreciation from a place of humility and understanding, they are likely to feel more empowered and respected. This then creates a mutually generative energy of goodwill that spreads throughout the team of people and their shared environment.

• The previous scenario example inspired a flow of communication and discussion regarding the meaning of the words “Hierarchy” and "Equality", and how they can be viewed from a non-judgemental and expansive notion of existence. The entire cosmos is connected within a natural hierarchical structure, like a vast cosmological tree of creation from the roots, trunk, old and new branches each connected and spanning into new frontiers of growth and exploration. (This cosmological 'tree' is forever being nurtured and sustained as it is being grown in the primordial soil of Oneness and Harmony)

• Each of the scenario examples within this section also encouraged a wealth of insights and ramifications pertaining to how vital and effective it is to live life from the heart without judgement or negativity.

• Another insight that came through was the value of intention. When dealing with a potentially volatile situation it can make the world of difference to imbue the Energetic Heart frequencies into the experience. The heart virtues can be felt spiritually in a person’s voice and words, facial expressions, body language and when the virtues are issued forth from the heart towards others they have a natural counter-balancing and harmonising effect in the environment.

• In the final example John demonstrates how “quantum communities” (such as Event Temples etc,) are able to target, focus, direct and transfer the virtues of the heart to specific (non-local) regions across the earth. “This projection and injection of the light of love lifts the spirits of these people and gives them the needed strength to rebuild their lives.”

* Note: I was just reviewing the previous post and had an intuitive feeling to also add the word "Equality" to one of the paragraphs. I also included the additional statement as written below...

"This cosmological 'tree' is forever being nurtured and sustained as it is being grown in the primordial soil of Oneness and Harmony"

Chosen focus Point: Continued progression through the When-Which-How Practice guide.

* “The How Stage of Practice” (page 81 - 88)

This section was specifically focused on the application of the “How” stage of practicing the 6 HV’s

Some of the highlighted points and insights within this section were;

• “It is clear that we need to maintain our attention and stay aware from moment-to-moment during our daily encounters. With our awareness focused in the present, we increase our sensitivity to our internal thoughts and feelings as well as to the external attitudes and behaviours of those we encounter.”

• Through a clearer sense of awareness and sensitivity we are able to more acutely observe our internal state as it relates to the external situation we happen to be experiencing.

• Through maintaining this state of being, life becomes much more immediate, rich, and full. And this becomes “a potent platform from which to practice when-which-how.”

• This section also detailed a list which included the most obvious ways of how the virtues can be applied to an encounter. I will list them in brief note-form (but for anyone who may be reading these notes and would like to secure a deeper comprehension (including any of the previous or future notes) I would highly recommend reading directly from the “When-Which-How practice Guide” (http://www.eventtemples.com/downloads/pdf/When-Which-How%20Practice%20Guide.pdf)

1. To the sequence of transfer
2. To oneself externally
3. To oneself subjectively or internally
4. To others externally at our physical location
5. To others internally at our physical location
6. To others internally at a distance
7. To others subjectively no longer in physical life
8. To the past
9. To the future
10. To the activation of the 6 HV’s Grid Meditation

• John also points out how the 6 HV’s are not bound by what we see as the space-time dimension. And the fact that the Higher Self and the Energetic Heart go beyond the space-time dimension.

• There are also dimensional perspectives that can be considered in regards to each specific encounter (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual). “How we respond to an encounter may depend on how we have experienced it ourselves.”

• Another good recommendation offered forward in this section is that of recording your daily encounters in some form. (this can be very helpful during the beginning stages of your practice, as well as at any other times you may like to).

* John provides some great examples of various When-Which-How recording Tables and Charts enabling a deeper encapsulation of the points and notes regarding this section, and providing potential templates for us to utilise for ourselves. (some printable blank templates of these will be uploaded into the Planetwork.co website)

In tribute and gratitude to John Berges ∞

Thank you Lidia, my hope is that these notes regarding the When-Which-How practice guide are of potential value to anyone who may read it now, or in the years to come. It has been in humble reflection that I have realised that I have much to learn, integrate and embody regarding the practical application of the WingMakers materials. I am appreciating the opportunity. Thank you for contributing and participating along the way. It's an amazing journey that we have all discovered. I just finished re-reading the Dohrman Prophecy this morning in the book form and am looking forward to when the Quantusum is released.
Blessings

Chosen Focus Point: Continued progression through the “When-Which-How Practice Guide".

* We read and discussed the section titled “Follow-on Expressions(page 88 - 95)

• This section explained how it is important to keenly observe the influence that the implementation of the six HV’s are having upon an event and/or the participants within an event.

• “The observation can then guide your follow-on expression, its intensity, to whom it is directed, and its duration.” ~ Living From The Heart

• John went on to provide further detail relating to a case scenario example of a cycle of expression and observation.

• “The challenge is to stay present and maintain attention while engaged in the encounter. The intelligence of the heart and the six heart virtues will help guide the flow of every encounter if our intention is aligned with love. If we open ourselves to the heart, the virtues will emerge and serve us, so we can serve each other.”

• There was another beautiful example used in this section where it was shown just how positively influential that the Heart Virtues can really be when spliced into our normal day-to-day life experiences and interactions.

• A good point that John also made in this section was “The power of living from the heart is effective, I believe, because loving kindness is an inborn trait of the genuine human being... the genuine “you” is the higher self... existing behind the mask of the ego-personality.”

• Another powerful insight expressed on page 92 was; “When we encounter a particular situation that really upsets our emotional balance, the event is our opportunity to stay present and observe what is occurring to us internally.” This makes it more likely that we can access a place of coherence which is more directly aligned to the higher self and energetic heart, rather than the ego-personality.

• “You are then part of the higher circulatory flow of the soul... rather than the lower, less refined circulation of the ego-personality world.”

• In the sub-section titled “Managing Expectations”, the examples helped us to see that it important to not set restrictive conditions for success. e.g. time constraints, personal expectations etc. These are often the desires of the ego-personality instead of the higher self.

• “This is why cultivating neutrality towards the work of the virtues is important” ... “We must be willing to place faith in the intelligence of the heart to manage the situations we encounter” ... “And we remain vigilant and ready to initiate any follow-on expressions of the virtues if necessary.”

• This section ended with a further emphasis to “practice with a neutral, non-prejudiced attitude, centered in the energetic heart, and aligned with the higher self.”

* A couple of related insights that came through when studying this section were;

1). Although social enculturation seems to make it taboo to predominantly express from the Heart, there is a currently a change underway (e.g. the HV’s are contagious and liberating). Through tapping into the Quantum Energetics of the planet and the incoming intensification, many people (as individuals and interconnected together) are helping to configure a “pocket” in the Genetic Mind connected with transformation.

2). Through ‘unplugging’ from the socially enculturated disposition towards conformity and fear, it is possible to become a contributing architect of new realities. This can happen through learning to work in the Quantum Field with neutrality, non-judgement, perseverance, commitment, consistency and patience. It is vital to have no strict expectations of immediate result, and to simply allow the Presence to impact upon the situation and the people involved. It is indeed possible to gravitate more towards Quantum Reality instead of always being locked into the status quo paradigm of existential beliefs and tendencies.

* We began studying and discussing the section titled “Belief and the Larger Plan(from page 96 - 107)

• The first section was focused on how an individual’s heart-mind intention is what makes the difference.

• Through the clear examples provided, John demonstrated how much of a difference it makes when we imbue our various life situations with an authentic intentionality connected with the virtuous, intelligent and efficient utilisation of our heart and mind energy.

• “Practicing when-which-how does not eliminate the practice of goodwill – it strengthens it.”

• On page 99 in the sub-section titled “Belief”, John utilised a quote attributed to the Buddha, to emphasise the core purpose and intention of an individual awakening to their higher self, which is also connected to living from the heart, with authenticity and truthfulness.

• In conjunction with a pertinent quote from the Living From The Heart paper, John also makes the point that all of it is really “faith agnostic”. This is particularly evident by an “enlightened recognition that a framework for approaching a higher spiritual reality always, already exists, prior to and independent of all religious, spiritual, philosophical, and psychological forms and systems.”

• With persistence, patience, and personal effort, reality will eventually assemble “its own path to a higher understanding suited specifically to you.”

• A ‘genuineness in the practice’ is vital, as is having an awareness that the when-Which-How and Living From the Heart principles and applications are connected to a larger plan and are part of a larger all-encompassing purpose.

• A key awareness within the next sub-section titled “The Larger Plan and Purpose” is that our individual and collective efforts are connected to our future vision as a species.

• The third-dimensional densities that constrain us are also simultaneously providing us with the opportunity to be a pro-active participant and contributory factor within the energetic transformational process that is gradually shifting us into the higher dimensions of being.

• The individual practice of when-which-how and the community practice of the Event Temples are examples of potent pathways available for us to help our planet and our species (this is true in an immediate sense, and also towards the future discovery of the Grand Portal).

• The next important factor that connects in with this section is in regards to the re-casting of our previously held belief systems. It is a choice of an individual to transform any previously held beliefs related to social order conformity and survivorship, into a new alignment with the transition zone energy system more connected to the virtues of the heart emanating from the soul.

• The final paragraph that John wrote to conclude this section is so very powerful and inspiring.

“Our participation in the Event Temple experiment and this practice of emotional self-mastery is a quantum step in the history of our planet. Do not underestimate its value. Do not lose this opportunity to be a revolutionary of spiritual consciousness. The vast majority of us have no idea where we came from before this life. We have little idea where we are going after this life. We have little idea of why we are here. Yet, one thing seems obvious: we have been drawn to something much bigger than ourselves. We have been attracted to the light like a moth to the flame, but unlike the moth, we are entities designed with free will. If we make the choice to work and live from the heart, we can make a difference in the transition of our planet from a three-dimensional world of ignorance, separation, and fear, to one of understanding, unity, and love.”

In tribute and gratitude to John Berges ∞

Chosen Focus Point: Continued progression through the “When-Which-How Practice Guide".

* We read and discussed the section titled “A Spiritual Imperative(page 104 - 107)

This section was focused upon the current time/cycle that we are experiencing together. Some key expressions in this section included: ∞ “Our solar system has an appointment with a stream of potent new energies radiating from the center of our galaxy.” ∞ “we will be exposed to a new kind of light.” ∞ “this new energy has a close affinity to our energetic hearts.”

A very important point made was in regards to us being encouraged to focus on emotional self-mastery. This is because if we bring our individual and collective energy bodies into a closer proximity to that of the incoming energetics of the cosmos then it will soften the impact of these new forces into our world. The closer that our Individual Human Energetic Fields and our Collective Human Energetic Fields match the new incoming energies, the easier it will be for humanity to adjust to the heightened frequencies of our planet.

∞ “we must increase the vibratory frequency of our own energy fields so that we can more easily mesh with the incoming energies.” ∞ “we can serve humanity by transmitting the six heart virtues as often and as skillfully as we can to as many people as we can.”

* An insight that also emerged and was discussed at this stage was the fact that we all have an opportunity to become helpful forces of stabilisation within this important era of change and transformation.

* A good point that John put forward in this section was... “This is not the end of the world, but the beginning of a new phase of human living.”

* The When-Which-How Practice of the heart virtues is an effective template that provides a strong foundation and practical framework that can greatly assist us to raise our individual and collective energy fields in advance (and during) a major shift in the energy quality of our planet. ∞ “our task is to build the frequencies of these virtues into our emotional and mental fields.”

* Due to their knowledge about galactic and planetary dimensional shifts, Lyricus introduces new models of reality that are more suited to the new energy dimensions that we are soon to be living in. ∞ “Thus, as practitioners of emotional self-mastery, we are engaged in a new model of reality identified as the transformation/mastership model.” ∞ “Practitioners are turning negative emotions into positive ones. Practitioners are grounding the heart virtues in the field of human endeavour.” ∞ “Practitioners are clarifying the emotional environment through the introduction of positive energetics.”

* To finish off this section John wrote a very empowering paragraph that I feel to include here in its totality;
∞ “Our practice can turn the tide. But for that to happen, we must do the work. Learning to be coherent is the art of the genuine. It leads to powerful effects that can transform the negative emotional field of our planet into a positive emotional field. A positive field such as this, can propel us toward the discovery of the Grand Portal. It is truly a privilege to be participating in this process. Finally, whether you are already a practitioner, are considering joining us, or are merely curious about the topic, I welcome you as a fellow explorer with appreciation, compassion, forgiveness, humility, understanding, and valor, as we travel together on this amazing planet we call Earth.”

* We read and discussed the section titled “Suggestions For Practice” (page 108 - 114)

• This was a section that provided suggestions on how to monitor and adjust your psychological state for a more effective practice of emotional self-mastery. I will briefly mention each heading but as with all areas of the When-Which-How Practice Guide I highly recommend reading it in totality from the actual source http://www.eventtemples.com/downloads/pdf/When-Which-How%20Practice%20Guide.pdf

Acceptance: A personal attitude that is willing to accept the reality of any situation. To surrender the need to clash up against “opposition”. Acceptance is a relaxation of denial.

Alignment: The ability to stay centered in the state of openness to the energetic heart and the six virtues radiating from the higher self.

Awareness: To be present within the moment.

Consistency: Being personally dedicated to a schedule of practice is a tremendous advantage in staying consistent.

Crisis: These provide important opportunities to learn valuable life lessons and to practice the heart virtues.

Some effects of Practice include;

Emergence: Through engaging the practice we build a momentum towards emotional self-mastery and a closer connection to the higher self.

Empowerment: We feel empowered by our increasing capacity for emotional control.

Freedom to Be Yourself: Through a feeling of interconnectedness and loving unity with all life, we will also develop a deeper confidence and courage to let go of any defensive strategies and masks.

Increased Light
: This means an increase in intuitive insight, as well as a stronger ability to mobilize and transmit the virtues.

Rapid Re-alignment: An increased ability to re-align more quickly and effectively to the coherency of the Energetic Heart and Higher Self.

Renewed Energy: Our ability to maintain alignment with the energetic heart increases our energy at all levels of our being.

Other important components within this chapter were in regards to the following sub-sections;

Intention: Intention is the power that drives the practice, and is a propelling force that sustains its focused direction.

Looking for Results: There is no need to look for results because the results of practice will become self-evident in time. Calling forth the heart virtues is a natural act of the human spirit and the effects of your heart-mind intentions will be organic and natural.

Maintaining Perspective: Be patient and don’t get discouraged when you momentarily lose control of your emotions. Re-align. And be sure to Re-vision the larger picture, the broader practice and the cosmic framework.

Managing Expectations: It is important to be neutral. The heart virtues are not tools for imposing our personal worldview on others. The virtues are universal energies of love that we outflow to others without prejudice. The task for the practitioner is to work at neutralising the ego’s desire to lay down the conditions for “success”.

Meditation: To maintain a personal dedication towards a time of daily meditation is of crucial benefit to the practice of emotional self-mastery.

Neutrality: This is connected to the balance of not being ‘for’ or ‘against’ anything. We must learn to be neutral in the sense that we distribute the heart virtues without judgement or condition. And in the true spirit of giving, we transmit the virtues to others as gifts, expecting nothing in return, but the joy of giving.

Observation: To utilise your observation as a form of active awareness that enables you to manage energy for spiritual growth and service.

Sacrifice: It is often during the most difficult (and painful) times of our lives when the ego-personality will seek to dominate and dictate the nature of our actions. It is also at these times though, when we have the most potent opportunity to make a courageous choice of the heart to enter into partnership with our Higher Self and Soul consciousness. This is a sacrificial process that involves the surrendering of the ego’s resistance to change.

Sensitivity: By maintaining our awareness we more clearly access and understand the incoming information.

Test the Theory: The ideas and recommendation here can be tested and experienced through direct practice.

The Pain of the Moment: It is often not possible to immediately apply the heart virtues. Acceptance is a key, then as the pain subsides, we can apply the virtues we feel will be most beneficial in that particular encounter.

Tracking: Keeping a journal detailing our experiential practice can be of great value for tracking our progress.

Ups and Downs of Practice: It is very natural to have fluctuations in our personal ability regarding emotional self-mastery. It is ultimately through our intention and consistent efforts to stay aligned with the virtues that we will develop an increasing ability to restore our emotional center of gravity.

* Some extra notes in this session were • The complimentary materials created and shared through WM/Lyricus study groups, forums, and the Planetwork website etc, will be potentially available to assist future generations.

∞ The Hearts intention is the key; to See it, Feel it, Be it. Be the change you wish to see in the world... Live As If ... It already Is.

With continiued gratitude to John for writing the When-Which-How Practice Guide

Direction of Focus: Continued progression through the “When-Which-How Practice Guide".

Section Title: “Journal Notes on the Virtues” (page 115 - 120)

In this section John put forward some of his personal journal entries with the intention of providing helpful insights into the six heart virtues. Here are some of the key points;

Appreciation: This is a virtue that is very connected to a type of awareness that John explained as a “de-centered awareness”. This could be likened to an expansive awareness that encompasses the realisation of how all things are inter-connected and influential upon one another. Another key factor of appreciation is “sensitivity”, especially in how it plays a role in the depth and quality of our appreciation for life. The development of a spiritual sensitivity enables an individual to feel a deeper sense of connectivity to life and all its beauty.

Humility: The effort to be humble is an effort to be oneself without any masks or images. Humility is to be the soul from moment-to-moment. The initial pain of being humbled is actually a liberation from the tyranny of the ego-personality. Humility is the heart knowledge of knowing how and where one fits into the world of the soul.
* I personally feel that John was a true living example of a human being able to embody the heart’s intelligence and to live from a deep and genuine place of humility.

Valor: In the context of a virtue of the heart, valor may be thought of (and felt) as a universal sense of fairness and justice that to some extent transcends language and culture. John reminds us though, that at some point valor must be turned towards one’s self in a process of deeper understanding. Utilising valor in this way helps us to displace our own lesser truths with more complete truths. This is because of the fact that if we valiantly hold onto our own pre-determined versions of truth (which are oftentimes a derivative from an earlier stage of our life), we are in actuality doing ourselves an injustice. It may be suggested that to have valor is to have the courage to face our own internal changes (produced by reason and understanding) as a core process of personal transformation.

Compassion: From honesty John noted that at times he was “thinking” about compassion more so than actually “feeling” it. This may be a common problem for us all as our daily lives are often-times flooded with scenes of human distress to the point that one becomes numb to it. One of the keys to actually feeling compassion is within the understanding of the human situation. The complications born from ignorance are cause for feeling compassion. This can be thought of as stemming from the gradual loss of innocence in a child occurring due to the process of enculturation into their society. And due to various reasons this can be laden with a strong disposition towards ignorance, fear and prejudice. “Compassion” when stemming from this perspective is the desire to reach out from the heart and to assist in any way possible in order to dissolve that which may be preventing the light of the soul and spirit from entering into the life of any individual.

Understanding: In John’s notes he sees understanding as being the most obvious of the virtues to bridge together the heart and mind. There are two forms of understanding; one is in understanding the meaning of something (e.g. a word), and the other is in understanding how someone “feels” about a situation or condition. The latter definition is the heart connection, while the former is the mind connection. John also noted that understanding is more dimensional than knowledge, in the fact that one can have knowledge about something and yet not truly understand it. Understanding cannot move forward without our ability to move beyond the framework of our own “position” as an individual. It is the nature of the Heart to come from a place of Oneness with the “other”.

Forgiveness: The first thing that John noted about forgiveness is that it is related to time – more specifically, to the past. When we are unable or unwilling to forgive, it means we are trapped and imprisoned by the past. Anything that prevents us from living in the present is a detriment to our experience and growth as humans. “The ego-personality is time-bound, but the soul transcends time.” “The energetic heart within which the soul exists is also associated with timelessness... therefore, forgiveness is key to accessing the other virtues, because it frees us from the slavery of time.” Oftentimes it is ones attachment to the self pity of being hurt which needlessly prolongs suffering, and in some cases may also lead to the desire to blame, to penalize or to punish, whoever or whatever caused it. This can be due to a desire to seek revenge through making the other suffer also. Forgiveness neutralises this ego-personality driven tendency.

Other insights that came through when studying this section were;

∞ Ask the Heart to provide a deeper level insight and understanding about a situation or person.

∞ By tapping into a deeper level of awareness when observing a person or situation, it allows an individual to interact and respond to the person or situation from a Higher Self perspective.

∞ One must find the valor that will enable them to truthfully look within themselves so as to identify where their personal beliefs, tendencies and behaviours are actually stemming from.

∞ The heart virtue of understanding becomes a key that opens an unobscured gateway of accessibility into all of the other virtues.

* Next section title: “Gratitude and an Invitation to Practice(page 121 - 123)

This was the concluding section of the practice guide, and one that deeply touches the heart and soul. Within the energetics of the words a very strong presence of spirit can be felt. The organic intelligences of the six heart virtues are assisting humanity through a process of integration with higher octaves of consciousness and behaviour. Within this humble invitation to practice is our heartfelt opportunity for partnership and personal contribution. The purpose is to serve humanity, and we need only to allow the intelligence of the heart to rise up as the core focus and expression of our life.

Some of the other insights that came through when contemplating the W-W-H Practice Guide were;

∞ The integration and application of the six heart virtues is a fundamental step within the process of fusion with the Sovereign Integral Consciousness

∞ Each of the six heart virtues can be looked at as being a living entity of consciousness and intelligence.

∞ The photons of the energetic heart have the ability to radiate, infuse, neutralise and transform.

∞ Within the quantum energetics of each heart virtue exists the power to transform environments of “reality” and to counterbalance against behavioural tendencies that have manifested from the lower fields of consciousness e.g. “War” ... “Fear” ... “Greed” etc.
---------------
* Concluding note: Heartfelt blessings to all who may discover these notes. It has been a very positive experience to progress through and to share (as best I could) some of the key points within the When-Which-How Practice Guide. These notes are certainly not a substitute for studying the paper in its entirety, which is a process that I would highly recommend to all individuals and other study groups. Here is a direct link to the When-Which-How Practice Guide where it can be studied in full:

Thank you Shayalana for providing the opportunity that inspired me to share these notes. It ended up being a very positive process of integration and understanding. One that has helped me in ways that I am deeply grateful for. My hope is that it was also of benefit to others. Thanks again.
Much appreciation also to Lidia & Jonathan from Australia and Darlene & Nancy from America for joining in and contrbuting towards the study sessions. They occured at 7 PM Australia time, which was 3 AM on a Sunday morning in America !!
I hope a new technology arises soon that may work a little better than Skype, because we had a few technical difficulties especially with the simultaneous video streaming... got there in the end though. I guess it helps develop the patience and perseverence levels :)

I have been pointing out, ever since the Living from the Heart paper was released, that the LTO defined the Heart Virtues - and included these definitions, in three different places in the materials - word for word ... which makes the exact definition's importance very clear, to me, and gives me the understanding that the HVs are not subject to personal interpretation or translation ... they are what they are, and if these definitions are not what you have come to believe is an expression of a particular HVs - or how you express them in your practice- then what you are expressing isn't an authentic Virtues of the Heart - because you can not alter them -

James, has made it clear, that the virtues are not coming from the Human Heart, by noting that they issue from the "Energetic" Heart - the Heart of the Entity, the Wholeness Navigator - and he also told us that the Wholeness Navigator is the Portal through which the individuated "fragment" of "god" (or if you prefer, holographic particle of Our Creator) expresses its self . ... so when we are discussing the Virtues of the Heart, we should be aware that they are not something that we are capable of creating ... or duplicating - they are not "my" virtues ... they are not even the virtues of the Wholeness Navigator (heart of the Entity - or the Soul which surrounds it) - they are the frequencies of Unconditional Love flowing from our creator to sustain all life in all the Universes of the Universe of Wholeness

if one were to ponder the definitions that the LTO provides of the Heart Virtues ... and they were completely honest - they would admit that that they are incapable of duplicating the frequencies that energize and sustain the heart of the Entity ... and that even with these definitions of them - that identify their presence in our lives - the best we can do, is recognize them as notes in the harmonic tone of equality - that exists in our environment and which animates all life forms. Our practice - trying to express them - even to the best of our ability, is simply to help us understand Which, When and How to use them once we have re-integrated the WN's energetic participation into our (individuated) consciousness - and unblock the pathways that these frequencies take through the HI ... to transformed our own state of being - until our voice and everything we express with it - communicate the presence of unaltered Virtues of the Heart being transmitted consistently

The Wholeness Navigator - is the portal through which the frequencies of First Source flows - however when it is separated from the other components of the Entity (for what-ever reason) it can not serve the purpose of this species' creation - which is to fill MEST with the most powerful force in the Universe - which will collectively transforms the entire Universe. And when it is plugged shut by Anu's devices - and directed to serve only a chosen few - the Entire species suffers .

and the point of this posts is to remind you - that YOU can not create or even comprehend Unconditional Love - in your present state of being - because you want to alter the meaning of the components that create this frequency

in the definition of "appreciation" James say something that reveals the unstoppable force of the HVs when he says this : appreciation expresses itself in the small gestures of gratitude that support relationship loyalty and bonding which reveals to me, that the Virtues of the Heart, can be expressed through the Wholeness Navigator - even when the plug is firmly in place ... Love "expresses itself" - whether we are blocked or not - when you practice "small gestures of gratitude" to support your relationship with others, and to demonstrate loyalty and your willingess to bond/unite - you will be prepared to direct the flow of this frequency through you with skill and confidence ... you will become familiar with its frequency and its transformative power - and with practice you will Master using it to to enhance and expand your own reality - as well as the collective reality of this Species as you transfer this knowledge to your fellow man

The concept of Mastering one's emotions (and learned behavior) so that they could transfer knowledge (without distortion) and fill MEST with HVs flowing directly from FS ... is the last concept that the LTO introduces to us in their materials ... one can assume that this step can not be accomplished, until the individual has gained a wholeness perspective, by using the tools and techniques found in the original materials ... to bring their selves into alignment with the flow of this frequency (as revealed in the fourth Philo) To assume that you can create or duplicate your own HVs and that they will transform MEST or even someones perspective of it, is delusional ... this species was created to be Emissaries of Divine Love into this Universe - we didn't create it ...but we can direct its flow with practice - because that is what we were designed to do ... that is our destiny once we are fully developed (evolutionarily) and ready to serve our purpose in the plan of FS.

hummm, funny because I thought that was what the WMF was created for - to discuss the materials = study group :roll:

I'm simply one of the participants in one of the study groups mentioned on that website, and have found it is being of definite benefit to my intential to understand and integrate the WMM. I also do my best to be involved in the WMF as it has also been of definite value for me throughout the years, sometimes I wish I could contribute and reciprocate more often here. But for instance, today I just finished teaching 3 groups of 25 primary school children at the local PCYC. Whilst simultaneously organising and facilitating the Walk Of Inspiration charity event for the Future Victory School in Uganda (in conjunction with Humanity Healing International). And I'm just about to get ready to go up to the local community hall to facilitate a health, wellbeing and harmony development class for men, women and children who also mean the world to me.
starduster I am feeling an undercurrent of something in your last couple of messages that makes me feel a bit judged, for what reasons I don't know, all I know is that I also deeply appreciate the Wingmakers materials and am on a gradual journey to more fully understand it, integrate it and potentially apply it in a way that is of value in life (for myself, and as a heartfelt service in the world). I know I still have much to learn and much room to grow, and to give... but we musn't start turning on one another... lets all help to bring out the best in one another and ourselves.
I like the idea of being able to be part of an organised study group (via skype or google etc), and also continue being part of the WMF... and potentially also meeting up in person for study group weekends in different parts of the world.
And also continuing to study and immerse in the energetics of the Wingmakers materials as an individual in my own personal space, as well as being involved in the Event Temple sessions etc as often and regularly as possible.
Heart blessings and intentions of good will
~ Mick

Wow Mick, you're a very busy guy! I appreciate all you contribute whenever you feel you can. Thank you for your valuable time and all that you do here. That you earnestly and sincerely practice the 6 Heart Virtues to the best of your ability is obvious and felt by those who resonate with such activity and perhaps, soon I'll join you in your study group , if i can stay up that late. You're something like 17 or 18 hours ahead of me so you are in my tomorrow. :lol: :D

Quote:
This is a time of action, and the action is to activate your light body to its purposeful role within your human instrument, and to share its higher frequencies to the human emotional field. This activity re-grids the collective heart and connective mind to the emerging culture of the one, unified planet moving in the upward spiral of the seven dimensional hypersphere in which all beings within its quantum and space-time presence are unified with the planet, and the planet with the Central Sun.

over the years, we have seen numerous attempts by members to undermine the WMF - seems most folks need "moderation" so they can remove posts that they don't agree with and members who actually want to discuss the materials ... they are all gone, and the forum is still here :D
... personally, I believe it improves the forum when these disillusioned member go elsewhere ... you can't reason with someone with a closed mind ... and if you don't have an Open mind - then you don't belong here in the first place .... so it is as it should be - outta control :mrgreen:

I just noticed my use of the word/non-word "intential" :) it must be a blend between "intention" and "potential" :D

I also agree that it is very important that the WingMakers materials are designed to be studied and assimilated without altering or tampering with the frequencies of the original form. Starduster I respect this truth of awareness and I also acknowledge that this is something that you have always felt strongly about throughout the years. I appreciate this connection and inner knowing that we share, and I also value all that you have assisted me with and shared with me throughout the years of this gradual journey.... of which there is no end, and no destination.... as it is the heartfelt quality within the journey, that is the living essence of the "destination" itself.
The notes that I have been putting together after the WingMakers InterConnected study group sessions, have an intention to be of assistance in regards to the specific topic that they are focused on. I have been making sure that I provide the actual direct link to the original Source of the materials as provided through the official WingMakers websites. I have intuitivly felt and will continue to acknowledge that it is very important to provide these links and also encourage anyone who may read the discussion group notes, to utilise the notes in conjunction with the actual WingMakers materials so that they have direct experience and contact with the original materials that Lyricus have provided for us.

And shayalana thank you also for your understanding and support, I appreciate that you can feel an energetic heart presence of integrity within this intention to share and to be of service. You (and anyone else for that matter) are all very welcome and invited to participate and contribute at any stage that you may feel an inner guidance to do so. I don't have any sense of 'ownership' within the study group as it is in fact a shared experience within a presence of equality, truthfulness and oneness, whereby we are just doing our best to give and share from the heart... within all facets of the WingMakers 'jewel of interaction' that we all have come to deeply respect and value throughout the years. I love to give, share and receive within this blossoming light of progressive understanding, realisation and integration. Which just now makes me remember things such as "We must be the change we wish to see in the world" , and "We are the ones we have been waiting for." For such short sentences they contain a potent meaning and a quality of inspiration and motivation that makes me feel very grateful for being alive and having an opportunity to give and share from the heart as often as I possibly can.

This morning I wrote an inspirational affirmation to express this feeling... "There is a light of truth that shines within our hearts. What we are 'knowing' as truth inside our hearts must become what we are 'being' inside the world. We must integrate the experiential awareness of our true identity so as to become the living wisdom and divine instrument of our Heart's truthfulness." Those couple of sentences no doubt need some more contemplation and potential refinement, but these are just ways, and intentions, to express and share from a place of goodwill and generative kindness. And the most essential thing to ensure is that we as individuals retain a strong essence of humility and gratitude, genuinly doing our best to live from the heart, and whomever has been intuitivly guided towards the Wingmakers materials, can follow their intuitive voice, heart intelligence, soul consciousness whilst making sure to regularly listen to the WingMakers music, interact with the paintings and other Wingmakers pictures, read the poetry, Chamber Philosophies, First Source Transmissions, various e-papers, and each of the encoded novels. And there are also many potent techniques provided by James & Lyricus that are designed to assist us all towards removing any obscurations and blockages that may be inhibiting our full potential of receptivity, integration, contribution and development in life. The Event Temple sessions are also a great way for all of us to interconnect together and synchronise our heartfelt intentions of service, participation and contribution.

Regarding the study group though, we are currently looking at experimenting with the new google application for connecting through online video communication http://www.google.com/+/learnmore/hangouts/
As Skype sometimes has a fair bit of technical issues I was wondering if anyone has tried out the new option through 'google hangouts' or may know of other options for us to try?

With heartfelt regards and best wishes,

~ Mick

sorry, Mick, but I still don't see the need for a separate "study group" or what ever you want to call it .. when we have this forum. maybe you could explain why you feel a need to fragment the intent of this forum ? when it was created to be THE place where we discuss the materials and share our findings. I would really appreciate your perspectives because I fail to see why I (or anyone) would choose to let someone else choose what I study but then again, I do understand that some people just aren't self-motivated and they need "fellowship" - but isn't that what facebook is all about "networking"

I hate to have to point this out, but the WWH practice isn't WMMs ... it is a practical guide, that gives examples of how John (and Darlene) strive to incorporate their perspectives of the HVs into their daily lives ... isn't that what we are doing here when we share our finding while using the materials to transform ? ... and if we aren't why not? because nothing prevents us from doing that . Personally, when I want to know something about a particular subject, I go to the library because it has been my experience that when I took a class, I only get the Teacher's perspective of the subject ... when I go to the Library, I get numerous perspectives and I choose the one that feel most comfortable with ... or maybe something from each of them ... the Universe becomes my teacher... as long as I am interested.

I remember that James suggested that we form study groups ... in our local area, and that we get together with people in our area to study the materials and he suggested that we use the EVTs to locate people in our area ... but he has never suggested that we form online groups that I know of... even the Spirit State Platform that allows you to read with others and discuss the books is certainly a better platform than skype to exchange perspectives and comments... please help me understand why you are promoting a separate place to "study" the materials, when this is where James intended us to discuss them ? are the discussions moderated? I see they are divided into "lessons" is someone "teaching" these lessons ?

the WMMs are presented in their current form by the Lyricus TEACHING order ... how many teachers do we need, or is this just "private tutoring" in a group session ??
I don't get it ... or maybe I do, and I and just encouraging you to focus your energy on the new intelligence that the LTO is offering - that includes an unmoderated discussion forum ...where you are challenged to stay focused, even though there are constant distractions to lure you away from doing what you came here to do. its great practice once you appreciate its purpose ... and a practical place to apply the Principals ... master your emotions, share you findings and to project HVs ... you learn to deal with what ever life throws at you and how to neutralize it in you heart .

PS once you learn how to deal with the "harley"s and NatCos and others who reveal their Ignore-ance and are here just to promote themselves - you can deal with any one's resistance to this awareness and not loose you focus :shock:

Hey Mick PM me your email and I'll send you mine and when I don't have so much going on we can set something up. I'd love to participate with like hearted people in a study group . That's the nice thing about the net it doesn't matter where in the world you are , all can coordinate with each other. Besides, I'm usually up in the wee hours anyway. :D
