When one has established a relationship with their heart intelligence and truly trusts it for guidance it doesn't matter where you live. If anything, when one has established it in a city with its many and varied distractions it says a lot for how difficult that can be for the depth of focus and consistentcy required to attain it. There is a reason why people endeavoring to follow their hearts at all times are all over the planet , whether in city or countryside and whatever inbetween. It's to cover as many variables as possible for the influence. However, each to their own. Whatever floats your boat.

This brought tears to my eyes, its about Chelsea Manning's release, that she lived to see the day. I have sooo much respect and admiration for her love of the truth, her care about humanity and extraordinary courage.

Chelsea Manning Is a Free Woman: Her Heroism Has Expanded Beyond Her Initial Whistleblowing

EVER SINCE Chelsea Manning was revealed as the whistleblower responsible for one of the most important journalistic archives in history, her heroism has been manifest. She was the classic leaker of conscience, someone who went at the age of 20 to fight in the Iraq War believing it was noble, only to discover the dark reality not only of that war but of the U.S. government’s actions in the world generally: war crimes, indiscriminate slaughter, complicity with high-level official corruption, and systematic deceit of the public.

In the face of those discoveries, she knowingly risked her own liberty to disclose documents to the world that would reveal the truth, with no expectation of benefit to herself. As someone who has spent years touting the nobility of her actions, my defenses of her always early on centered on the vital nature of the material she revealed and the right of the public to know about it.

It is genuinely hard to overstate the significance of those revelations: Aside from exposing some of the most visceral footage of indiscriminate slaughter by the U.S. military seen in decades, the leaks were credited — even by harsh WikiLeaks skeptics such as New York Times Executive Editor Bill Keller — with helping to spark the Arab Spring. Even more significantly, revelations about how the U.S. military executed Iraqi civilians, then called in a bombing raid to cover up what they did, prevented the Iraqi government from granting the Obama administration the troop immunity it was seeking in order to extend the war in Iraq. ... e-blowing/

Chelsea Manning's release is the inspiring proof: nothing is impossible
Evan Greer

Yesterday morning, Chelsea Manning walked out of military prison a free woman.

I’d be lying if I said that I always thought this day would come. Over the last few years that I’ve been one of Chelsea’s close friends and supporters, there were many times that I had lost hope. I’m ashamed to admit that during some of our phone conversations, I would feign optimism in an attempt to raise Chelsea’s spirits, while quietly despairing that she wouldn’t survive.

But Chelsea did survive. And in the process she taught me – and the world – a valuable lesson.

Tyranny thrives on our collective self-doubt. Authoritarianism is built on the contagious idea that there is nothing that we can do to challenge it. Oppression lives in our cynicism and in the times when we do nothing – out of fear that if we do something our actions will be in vain.

Even in the darkest moments – after two suicide attempts, and years of brutal incarceration in conditions that the United Nations condemned as torture – Chelsea held on to a special brand of realistic optimism that infected her supporters, and kept us fighting for her, even when it felt like the odds were insurmountable...

Remember James said the elitist dictators were old men who were going to die? David Rockefeller did a few months ago and now Roger Ailes who owned and created Fox News. There are not too many mourners of either of these guys, here's a Rolling Stone article about Ailes and the connection to what made a president like Trump possible.

Roger Ailes Was One of the Worst Americans Ever
Fox News founder made this the hate-filled, moronic country it is today

Trump in many ways was a perfect Ailes product, merging as he did the properties of entertainment and news in a sociopathic programming package that, as CBS chief Les Moonves pointed out, was terrible for the country, but great for the bottom line.

And when Ailes died this morning, he left behind an America perfectly in his image, frightened out of its mind and pouring its money hand over fist into television companies, who are gleefully selling the unraveling of our political system as an entertainment product.

The extent to which we hate and fear each other now – that's not any one person's fault. But no one person was more at fault than Roger Ailes. He never had a soul to sell, so he sold ours. It may take 50 years or a century for us to recover. Even dictators rarely have that kind of impact. Enjoy the next life, you monster. ... er-w483013

P.S I realize that the heart virtue of compassion for these guys is needed and I agree. However, I do very much appreciate that they are losing ground here, won't be able to incarnate again because their frequency is so low and that life goes on evolving as it does and that when the Grand Portal is discovered EVERYONE will be effected and pulled into it even those most resistant no matter how much they kick and scream in protest. ;? ]

America Reloaded
The Bizarre Story Behind the FBI's Fake Documentary About the Bundy Family

RYAN BUNDY SEEMED uneasy as he settled into a white leather chair in a private suite at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. As the eldest son of Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, who had become a national figure for his armed standoff with U.S. government agents in April 2014, Ryan had quite a story to tell.

Eight months had passed since Cliven and hundreds of supporters, including heavily armed militia members, faced off against the federal government in a sandy wash under a highway overpass in the Mojave Desert. Now, here in the comforts of the Bellagio, six documentary filmmakers trained bright lights and high-definition cameras on Ryan. They wanted to ask about the standoff. Wearing a cowboy hat, Ryan fidgeted before the cameras. He had told this story before; that wasn’t the reason for his nerves. After all, the Bundy confrontation made national news after armed agents with the Bureau of Land Management seized the Bundy family’s cattle following a trespassing dispute and the accumulation of more than $1 million in unpaid grazing fees. But the Bundys, aided by their armed supporters, beat back the government, forcing agents to release the cattle and retreat...con't ... dy-family/

He ain't free yet. The US DOJ is preparing to arrest him in any way they can. They are so stuck in their dinosaur mentality narrative that obviously doesn't work and hasn't for some time now.

Sweden Withdraws Arrest Warrant for Julian Assange, but He Still Faces Serious Legal Jeopardy

SWEDISH PROSECUTORS ANNOUNCED this morning that they were terminating their 7-year-old sex crimes investigation into Julian Assange and withdrawing their August 20, 2010, arrest warrant for him. The chief prosecutor, Marianne Ny, said at a news conference this morning (pictured below) that investigators had reached no conclusion about his guilt or innocence, but instead were withdrawing the warrant because “all prospects of pursuing the investigation under present circumstances are exhausted” and it is therefore “no longer proportionate to maintain the arrest of Julian Assange in his absence.”

Assange entered the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, and two weeks later formally received asylum from the government of Ecuador. He has been in that small embassy ever since, under threat of immediate arrest from British police if he were to leave. For years, British police expended enormous sums to maintain a 24-hour presence outside the embassy, and though they reduced their presence in 2015, continued to make clear that he would be immediately arrested if he tried to leave.
In February of last year, a UN human rights panel formally concluded that the British government was violating Assange’s rights by “arbitrarily detaining” him, and it called for his release. But the U.K. government immediately rejected the UN finding and vowed to ignore it.

Ecuador’s rationale for granting asylum to Assange has often been overlooked. Ecuadorian officials, along with Assange’s supporters, have always insisted that they wanted the investigation in Sweden to proceed, and vowed that Assange would board the next plane to Stockholm if Sweden gave assurances that it would not extradite him to the U.S. to face charges relating to WikiLeaks’s publication of documents. It was Sweden’s refusal to issue such guarantees — and Ecuador’s fears that Assange would end up being persecuted by the U.S. — that has been the basis for its asylum protections.

Perhaps, there is hope for America despite the death throes of a past that no longer exists...

They call themselves the Justice Democrats. As the dinosaur mentality old elitists bite the dust, what's coming to fore wants nothing to do with their policies of oppression, money and control. They want a system based on truth and compassion. In a word, cooperation and merit. Check it out.

What I find interesting about this is that the Annunaki really are locked out of this density and its their minions on the planet who are trying to surveil, control and oppress all of humanity without success because they don't have the overview that looking from another dimension afforded the Annunaki. It's all falling apart for them all. Like its been said , you cannot oppress and confine the Sovereign Integral forever. The app that's riding the HMS is really taking effect now and there is no stopping the consequences of that. The younger generations are not settling for what their parents and grandparents did. They are built for these times. Watch out trans humanism. It's about to to take a hit from an angle they couldn't possibly anticipate. The Energetic Heart.

Some people who seem to be under the radar so to speak who have for a couple of decades now, have been working on living and applying those Heart Virtues. Bruce Liptop is interviewing them. Earth Guardians is just one offshoot of the work these people have done and are still doing. I find it encouraging to know that there are many other grassroots groups occurring all over the planet and they are growing. The tide has turned. ;^} ... ily-60-min

And some already formed... ... y-country/

It's happening despite all the mainstream media blackout and it's coverage of 'bad' news to keep people confused and in fear intentionally. Don't you just love the Internet? It's because of this these groups are forming and growing exponentially. Who needs mainstream media?

I cannot vouch for all of these communities you will just have to check them out for yourself. ;?}

What does it mean to live a life of service?

As a former monk and long-term peace and environmental activist, Satish Kumar has been a pilgrim of positive change on the planet since a very young age. He was just nine when he left his family home in India to become a Jain Monk. At age 18, Satish read a book by Mahatma Ghandi and his life with the Jains was interrupted by a calling to flee the order and carry the message of non-violence out into the world – campaigning for land reform in India and working to turn Gandhi’s vision of a renewed India and a peaceful world into reality.

Several years later after reading a newspaper article about Bertrand Russell’s civil disobedience against the atomic bomb, Satish and friend EP Menon felt similarly called to embark upon a 8,000 mile “peace walk” from India to the four nuclear capitals of the world. Carrying no money and depending on the kindness and hospitality of strangers, they walked from India to America, via Moscow, London and Paris, to deliver a humble packet of ‘peace tea’ to the then leaders of the world’s four nuclear powers.

Since 1973 Satish has served as the editor of Resurgence magazine, during which time he has been the guiding spirit behind a number of now internationally-respected ecological and educational ventures including Schumacher College in South Devon where he is still a Visiting Fellow.

At the 2014 UPLIFT Festival, Satish shared a powerful glimpse into his life, his approach to service and his steps as a pilgrim on the path of positive change. The following are excerpts from a panel discussion titled “Oneness in Action”. ... ish-kumar/

For those who haven’t seen this yet, a lovely video by James and cohorts.
It’s called Love Wins.

No matter how many times I view this I weep. As a pianist he is as exquisite as his compositions.

It's strange, I'm using the Firefox browser and I wanted to get to the website and it's not listed! I'm using Duckduckgo as the search engine. Fred Burkes websites are listed as first although the original WM website is not his. You have to plug in into the search bar on top to get to the website on Duckduckgo. Google has it listed as first in line on the page. It looks like its one of Firefox's security features that Google doesn't share and duckduckgo is adhering to , it says the website is not secure so it takes you to the page with Fred Burkes various listings instead. Still, I don't use Google. It's Firefox security, and I have to make an exception to its new rules for http and https. It could also have something to do with having EFF's HTTPS Everywhere as well. I've posted this in case anyone else runs across the same thing. There is only one and it ain't Fred Burkes.
